Knoll Acquires Richard Schultz Design



Richard Schultz Design, in business since 1992, has just announced that its collection of modern furniture, but also the factory in Palm, Pennsylvania is part of the future family Knoll, which was bought by the nearly 75-year-old design concern.
The acquisition is a fitting new chapter in a story that began more than 60 years. Comments CEO Richard Schultz. In the intervening six decades since the Schultz family broke from Knoll, their way has never strayed far from those of the earlier mark.
